Our policy

KidReady LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on kidready.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the page URL) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. A valid counter-notice must identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information and signature, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content and disable accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
