Absolute Martial Arts in Wayne teaches martial arts and Krav Maga to kids, teens, and adults in age-specific classes starting at age 4, with structured progression through belt-based advancement and beginner-friendly instruction.

First class is free for kids and teens; no commitment or card required to try an age-appropriate class.
Tigers program (ages 4–5) meets Mon, Tue, Thu at 4–4:30pm; Kids classes (6–12) have multiple weekday and Saturday morning slots.
Teen classes run Mon–Thu at 7:10pm with a phone-free policy; parents drop off rather than stay.
School is beginner-friendly and specifically designed for kids with ADHD or focus challenges.
