Preschool and competitive gymnastics
Atlantic Coast Gymnastics in Atlantic Beach offers preschool and recreational gymnastics classes for ages 15 months through 5 years, plus competitive USAG and Xcel programs for older kids. The facility has been operating since 1986 and runs summer camps and clinics alongside regular classes.

Advanced Preschool requires a coach invitation, so start in a regular preschool class first if your child is new to gymnastics.
Classes use age-appropriate equipment and circuits designed specifically for the preschool area, separate from the competitive side of the gym.
