Bowline Point Park in Haverstraw sits on the Hudson River with an Olympic-size pool, diving well, wading pool, two water slides, toddler pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball court, volleyball court, and fishing pier; the park is open year-round with swimming June through early September.

Swimming is only available June 20 through September 7; the park itself stays open all year but most families visit during pool season.
Groups of 10 or more need permits year-round; no party permits are allowed on weekends during the pool season.
The park has a handicap-accessible water spray area and accessible playground, plus accessible restrooms.
Registration requires appointment; bring proof of residency and birth certificates for all children under 18.
