AYSO recreational teams practice Saturdays and play Sundays; travel teams practice twice weekly plus Saturday games.
WYSL travel teams use calendar year birthdates to determine age group eligibility, not grade level.
Professional trainers run practices for AYSO; volunteer coaches lead games and need no soccer experience.
