Candlewood Fencing Center teaches fencing in Danbury with locations in Newtown and Norwalk, offering classes in foil and saber for children through adults, from absolute beginners to competitive athletes training for collegiate recruitment.

Free introductory class requires only comfortable athletic wear; no equipment needed to start.
Classes are structured with beginner and competitive tracks separated by skill level and weapon.
Beginner foil classes for ages 6-9 are available multiple days a week at both locations.
Summer camps split fencers by weapon and experience level, so first-time fencers train separately from experienced athletes.
