Taekwondo classes and birthday parties
Cosmo's Martial Arts Center in Mamaroneck teaches Taekwondo to kids ages 4 and up, with separate programs for children, teens, and adults that emphasize discipline, self-defense, and goal-setting alongside physical conditioning.
