East Coast United offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes for kids ages 4-12 in White Plains, with separate programs for younger (Lil' Waveriders, 4-7) and older (Waveriders, 7-12) students that balance technique with games and friendship-building.
