Shotokan karate classes, ages 5 and up
EGN International Karate & Fitness Center offers Shotokan karate classes for kids ages 5 and up, teens, and adults across multiple locations including Elmont. The dojo is led by world champion instructor Sensei Elhadji Ndour and serves competitive athletes as well as students focused on discipline and character development.

Little Tigers classes (ages 5 and under) run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30pm; youth karate splits into ages 6–9 (5:00pm) and 10–17 (6:00pm) on weekday evenings.
Weekend all-ages classes meet Saturday 10am and Sunday 11am, a good option if weekday evenings don't work.
Free trial classes are available; fill out the booking form on the website to schedule.
Competition team training is available for advanced students interested in tournaments; coach fees and travel costs are separate.
