HeART in Motion offers dance, theatre, voice, and fitness classes for kids and adults in downtown Ridgewood. Youth programs span from toddlers through high school, with ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and other styles taught by faculty trained at prestigious schools including Tisch, Mason Gross, and the School of American Ballet.

Parent-child toddler classes (Me & My Shadow) limited to 13 families and run Sundays 10–10:30am for kids 12–36 months who can walk.
Free parking lot on-site; studio entrance is above State Farm and a doctor's office on the second floor.
