Lifeguard LI offers private and semi-private swim lessons in Glen Cove and at partner facilities around Long Island, plus lifeguard certification and CPR training courses for teens and adults. Instructors arrive uniformed with professional equipment and provide detailed feedback after each lesson.

Instructors use the Levirey aquatic standard and are WSI Red Cross certified; all staff undergo background checks and sex offender registry screening.
