Mayer's Karate and Fitness in Wyckoff offers martial arts classes for children ages 4 to 12, plus specialized programming for kids with special needs and a leadership development track for older students. The studio has been running since 1984 and focuses on discipline, self-respect, and life skills alongside technique.
