Ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and acrobatics
Perfection Dance Center in Elmont teaches tap, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics, modern, and ethnic dance (Afro-Caribbean and Indo-Caribbean) to children from age 3 and adults, with both recreational classes and an advanced company program.

Classes range from one-hour drop-in sessions to the advanced company program, which meets two days a week for two and a half hours.
Summer intensive camp runs July through August with daily classes, field trips, arts and crafts, and dance education.
Children as young as 3 can start; the studio also offers a Tiny Tots program for the youngest dancers.
Studio is open Wed–Fri evenings starting at 6pm and Saturdays from 9am–7pm to accommodate school schedules.
