Musical theater classes and performances
Roslyn Theater Company in Roslyn offers musical theater classes structured around Broadway productions, where kids audition, learn staging and choreography, and perform in fully-staged shows at a theater. Programs range from at-home classes for preschoolers to stage performances for older kids.

Classes culminate in professional stage performances, not just rehearsals; kids get a full Broadway-style experience from audition to curtain call.
The company offers at-home theater classes for younger kids (ages 3-6), where instructors come to your house for acting and storytelling activities.
Birthday parties are customizable by theme and include theater elements; the 90-minute party can include characters like Annie or Disney roles.
Register early for classes; the website notes that classes fill up quickly each semester.
