Competitive swim team, ages 5 and up
SHBR Swim Team in Sleepy Hollow runs competitive and developmental swim programs for kids, with a Seal Pups team for younger swimmers ages 5-8 and a Competition Team for more experienced swimmers.

Seal Pups practice mornings only (10:30-11am) late June through mid-July; Competition Team has afternoon and evening options.
All new swimmers must attend two evaluation practices before joining a team; coaches recommend Tuesday-Wednesday to allow adjustment time.
Seal Pups culminate in an intra-squad mini-meet with timers and awards but no disqualifications; Competition Team participates in weekly meets.
Team suits are not required for Seal Pups, but caps and goggles are strongly encouraged.
