Sailing, canoeing, marine science programs
SoundWaters runs hands-on STEM programs on Long Island Sound from three locations in Stamford: a Coastal Education Center at Cove Island with a teaching aquarium and small boats, a Harbor Center at Boccuzzi Park, and the 80-foot Schooner SoundWaters. Kids sail, canoe, collect water samples, study marine life, and explore coastal habitats year-round through after-school programs, camps, and public sails.
