Wakeman Town Farm is a community-run organic farm and sustainability center in Westport offering hands-on programs where kids can interact with animals, cook seasonal meals, and learn about local food production and land stewardship.

Saturday open visiting hours (9am-1pm) let families walk the grounds and see animals; check ahead during winter as visiting hours close seasonally.
Closed-toe shoes required for all participants; hand washing mandatory before and after animal interaction or activities.
Private animal tours limit groups to 8 people and include hands-on time with goats, sheep, alpacas, chickens, and rabbits.
No dogs allowed except ADA service dogs; do not feed or touch animals unless instructed by farm staff.
