Playground, spray park, and beach
Louis Engel Waterfront Park is a Hudson River-facing park in Ossining's Old Village neighborhood with a playground, paved walking paths, picnic tables, grills, a spray park, and a stage that hosts concerts and movie nights.

The spray park opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, daily 12pm-7pm.
Water features in the spray park are on timers; if they stop, touch the sensor on the post at the entrance to restart them.
Parking is metered in front; free street parking is available further up Westerly Road or Secor Road if the lot is full.
The playground has slides, swings, climbing walls, and spinning apparatus; there's also a small beach on the river for exploring.
